02 / EASTER-EGG PROGRESS

The site uses your browser's local storage to remember which Easter eggs you have discovered and whether you completed related achievements.

This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted to Nathan or combined with information about other visitors.

These entries remain until you reset them, clear your browser data or your browser removes them. Open DISCOVERY.LOG on the homepage and use RESET DEVICE LOG if you want to remove them.

03 / TECHNICAL REQUEST DATA

The site is self-hosted and delivered through Cloudflare DNS and Cloudflare Tunnel. When you request a page, Cloudflare and the origin server may process technical information such as:

• your IP address;
• the date and time of the request;
• the requested page or file;
• browser and device information; and
• routing, security and diagnostic information.

This information is used to deliver the site, maintain its security, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. The lawful basis is the legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website. It is not used to create advertising profiles.

04 / CLOUDFLARE

Cloudflare acts as the site's DNS, reverse-proxy and secure-Tunnel provider. Website traffic therefore passes through Cloudflare's global network before reaching the self-hosted server.

Cloudflare may process IP addresses, traffic-routing data, system configuration information and security data while providing those services. More information is available in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) and Data Processing Addendum (opens in a new tab).

05 / WHEN YOU GET IN TOUCH

If you email [email protected] or [email protected], Nathan receives the address you used and whatever information you choose to include.

That information is used to respond to your message and continue any conversation you requested. The lawful basis is Nathan's legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries, or taking steps you request before entering into an agreement.

06 / COOKIES & THIRD PARTIES

NB94.uk does not intentionally use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. The site's fonts and normal page assets are hosted on the same website.

Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security technologies where required to protect and deliver the site. Links to LinkedIn, GitHub, Ko-fi, Days Since McLaren Unboxed and WAGS do not send you to those services until you choose to follow them. Their own privacy notices apply once you leave this site.

07 / HOW LONG IS INFORMATION KEPT?

Device-local Easter-egg progress remains until you reset it or clear your browser data.

Origin-server diagnostic and security logs are normally kept for no longer than 30 days, unless a security incident or legal requirement makes longer retention necessary. Cloudflare applies its own retention periods to information it processes.

Email correspondence is kept only while it remains useful for the enquiry, project, recruitment discussion or associated record-keeping, and is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict its use, object to processing or receive a portable copy.
